Tuesday, February 9, 2010 marked the official press release date for The Michigan Experience: a celebration of Michigan products and services. We will be spending the next eight months traveling the state, spreading the word and raising awareness of what is going to be largest event dedicated to Michigan's economic development in 2010. MiMM to activate our YouTube Channel: madeinmichigantv

We have launched our YouTube Channel officially on March 1, 2010. Our YouTube channel will be available on our website for everyone to enjoy. We would like businesses to submit video footage for our YouTube channel. They can be short blasts why you do business here or perhaps a brief commercial for your product. Your video footage can be done yourself or perhaps have it filmed and edited by our Emmy Award winning production company for a nominal fee. All video footage is subject to approval. Please note the following when making a video:
- Keep your video as brief as possible. 60 seconds is a good rule of thumb. Remember, people generally have short attention spans.
- Don't be afraid to exercise clean humor.
- You don't have to be Spielberg. Quality content is the most important item versus camera angles and lighting.
- Copyrighted material is prohibited. If it's Lady Gaga's, it's not yours.
